- Monitoring bank accounts-cash in/out and cash forecast.
- Preparing monthly cash report to identify the cash position/monthly expenditures per project.
- Maintain updated position for Loans balance (Drawdowns, repayment schedule plan and interest calculation).
- Monthly Work Breakdown Structure report for the Asset Under Construction for Cost tracking purposes.
- Reviewing the bank deposits balance/Credit Interest calculation/OD Interest calculation on a monthly
basis.
- Variance analysis.
- Coordinate with the commercial department to identify the best allocation for the incurred costs to be under its related project to match the actual cost with the approved budget.
- Internal control.
- Working with the internal audit team on defining accounting policies & procedures, ensuring its consistency with the whole company policy and defining the best way of applying it.
- Supporting in SAP issues FICO.
- Assisting with the budget section to prepare the yearly and five years budget.
- Verifying that all transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and reconciling inter-company accounts.
- Monthly Ageing report AP, AR.
- Other duties as assigned.
