MAJOR PROJECTS EXECUTED:
• CONSTRUCTION OF COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL BUILDING (G+2P+12)
Two Tower building designed for residential and commercial use in a prime location of Dubai
city. Each building has two car parking levels, a ground floor 12 typical floors. The Ground floor
holds a swimming pool and a JYM area. The built-up area is about 500, 000 FT 2.
MAJOR PROJECTS EXECUTED:
• CONSTRUCTION OF HOTEL APARTMENTS BUILDING (G+2P+7)
Two Tower buildings designed for residential and commercial use in a prime location of Dubai
city. Each building has two car parking levels, a ground floor 07 typical floors. The First floor
holds 2 separate health clubs for men and women in addition to a swimming pool and a
Landscaping area. The built-up area is about 25, 000 m2 for each building.
• CONSTRUCTION OF COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL BUILDING (G+2P+12)
Two Tower building designed for residential and commercial use in a prime location of Dubai
city. Each building has two car parking levels, a ground floor 12 typical floors. The Ground floor
holds a swimming pool and a JYM area. The built-up area is about 32, 500 m2.
Construction of 100 Villas at Royal Authority project in Jeddah
• Construction of box closed concrete channels to drain flood water and Reconstruction work
at Mecca.
• Construction of 3 story administration building for firefighting units and steel structure hanger
for firefighting engines for Civil Defense.
• Construction of Steel structure training Hangers & Maintenance Project for Civil Defense.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
• Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed as per specifications;
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and
the general workforce involved in the project;
• Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors),
including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
• Day-to-day manage the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and
the work of any subcontractors;
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet
agreed deadlines;
• Preparing reports as required;
