•Project : AL Diriyah Gate Development Project. (Bujairi F&B under DGDA)
(Project area 30, 000 m2) 300 million SR
Position: Construction Manager
Duration: August, 2020 - Up To Now
Duties:
•Employing staff members and overseeing their activities, choosing the most skilled employees to trust them with specific duties or issues of the project.
•carry on all activities pertaining to the Project on normally way even when project manager is absent.
•prepared the operational plans, identifying the necessary resources, checking that the targets set have been reached, while also fulfilling the requirements set by the contractual terms and technical specifications.
•organizing and defining all activities related to the work's design and construction, paying particular attention to the coordination of civil, architectural and electro-mechanical works for the relevant.
•Inspect and review project to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
•Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements withsuppliers and subcontractors.
•Visiting construction sites to ensure all subcontractors and subordinate staff are working according to provided instructions.
•Ensuring all equipment needed is available on site.
•Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
•Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
•Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.

•Gained Experience: In the above mentioned project I get an excellent experience in many types of finishing Works Najdi Style, Structural Works and Steel Structure Work especially;
-Facade work /Glass work /Aluminium work /Wooden Work/ Tiles Work / Epoxy Work
-Cutting and Demolishing the excisting buliding and slab
- Roofing system work/ Fire proofing steel paint work

Position: Senior site engineer
Controlling the site activities from work progress to man-hour needs, and keep monitoring of the schedule plan of the project
Duties:
- Responsibility of execution work at site.
- Apply good safety practices as required by Authorities and Company policies.
- Determine work methods that result to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Requesting Materials - preparing supply requests.
- Following & coordination of RFIs (inspections) with Consultant.
- Responsible for reporting progress of site works to project manager.
- Supervision of subcontractors - evaluating progress & checking bills

Responsibility of execution works at site.
Management of workmen power.
Following & coordination of RFIs (inspections) with Consultant.
Daily reporting to project management.
Supervision of subcontractors - evaluating progress & checking bills
