Perform comparative market analysis to select properties’ value.
Promote sales through advertisements online. Receive calls from clients, give them a brief overview of the project, and try to set a date for the visit. Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they were seeking.
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Perform negotiation processes; consult with clients on prices, terms of payment, finishing type, related things and ensuring a fair and honest dealing. Accompany buyers during their visit to properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the property based on current market conditions. Prepare necessary paperwork (Legal papers, contracts, Checks, etc.)
