Personal projects that require delicate project management and product management skills. Developed a product conceptualization and licensing process that is repeatable and teachable. Owned the full innovation and project management lifecycle for proprietary scientific products. Defined scopes, goals, deliverables, milestones, tasks, schedules, resources, stakeholders, risks, and success criteria; translated them into waterfall project charters, WBS, Gantt charts, risk management plans, stakeholder analysis, RACI, and other essential PM documentations. Executed, monitored, and controlled the PM plan and conceptualization process throughout the PM lifecycle using Asana, Spreadsheets, Excel, Trello, Adobe Illustrator, Solidworks, and intellectual property management tools. Researched market, performed thorough patentability researches, ideated and evaluated new product concepts, developed CAD product designs, drafted and designed marketing flyers, drafted and filed (5) patent-pending IPs as assets, and negotiated licensing deals; delivering (8) product concepts with (5) patent-pending status on time and under budget to global companies in the life sciences industry.

Drafted and designed recruitment ads to recruit food delivery and packages delivery representatives. Publishing and monitoring ads on jobs recruitment websites. Performed A-B testing, analyzed and reported ads campaigns and conversion rates. Recruited, interviewed, onboarded, and trained new delivery representatives under my supervision. Followed-up with warehouses, management, and representatives. Trained and encouraged new representatives on their job responsibilities and roles. Solved problems as they arise with representatives on daily basis.

Performed mushroom tissue culturing and mycelium inoculation into grain and sawdust substrates. Autoclaved and sterilized laboratory tools, apparatus, growth media, grains and substrates. Supervised labors and oversaw the whole operation process, starting from mycelium tissue culturing in the lab, to inoculation, acclimation, fruiting, harvesting, and packaging of mushrooms on daily basis. Coordinated with raw material suppliers and distributors on weekly basis. Supervised the preparation of growth media, grain spawn, supplemented sawdust substrates, and chemical solutions. Maintained inventory documentations and supervised regular hygienic sterilization of facility. Tested, documented, reported, and optimized cultivation processes and mushrooms yields. Introduced (4) mushroom varieties to increase revenue in addition to the pre-existed Blue, Pink, Yellow and Elm oysters. Namely; Shiitake, Reishi, Lion’s mane and Turkey tail. Increased the laboratory up-scaling capacity of cultured mushrooms by (30%). Increased the biological efficiency for some varieties up to (150%) by replacing wheat straw and pasteurization process with the Master's Mix supplemented sawdust and autoclaving process. Reduced the contamination rates of substrates from (20/1, 000) to (2/1, 000).
