Acting as Lead Engineer Project Services, and representing the Engineering Business department for the Artificial Gas Lift Project. The project is to install gas compression and dehydration facilities to provide gas lift through a network of high-pressure distribution lines to around 300 wells situated throughout the Dukhan field.
Total Forecast budget of the project is 1.0 billion QR.

Duties:-
1. Directly responsible to provide full coverage for all Engineering Business matters including Planning, Cost Control, Contract Administration, and supervising the Document control issues.
2. Planning and monitoring - until completion per plan - the overall schedule of 22 km 16" Pipeline and coordinating for all project issues. 3. Following up and updating the progress of the pipeline activities, and reviewing the subcontractor's plans.

Sr. Planning Engineer at Bechtel Overseas

Duties:-
1. Directly responsible for (E & I Contracts) for both Train 1 / Train 2.
2. Planning and monitoring the overall company master schedule for the E & I activities and coordinating with all other disciplines.
3. Following up and updating the progress of the E & I activities and reviewing the subcontractor's plans and work done including reviewing and approval of the S/C Level II / 4 weeks look ahead Schedules.
4. Preparation of the company weekly report for the client and for the main office at Houston in regards to (E & I Contracts).
5. Actively participate in all company monthly previews for the construction phase presented for the project director.

1. Planning and Monitoring the Overall Project Scheduling of the 36" Gas Pipeline;From Arish to Aqapa activities, onshore and offshore, and the SCADA system and coordinating the contractor's schedules to ensure that plans are followed .
2. Review and approve the progressed weight of the Lump Sump Project, Producing barcharts for all levels required and s-curves, closely monitoring the contractor's resources using P3 ver.3.0.

Project spanned the construction activities for Midor Refinary- one of the biggest Refinaries in the Middle East, containing 15 Refinary Units, utility buildings, 6 Electrical Substations and Control Buildings, and Extensive Earth working, Mechanical & Piping and Electrical works, with a total price of $ 80 millions.

HOCHTIEF; A huge German Organization, and has participation all over the world is in charge of execution of a Decontamination project for MISR CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES ( MCI ); at El Max under the supervision of Dames & Moore International / Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency ( EEAA ).
The project has involved several activities to remove all Mercury contaminated items from MCI site, pressure - clean the concrete surfaces; followed by pressure - cleaning of all mercury contaminated process units, two Cell Houses to be dismantled and demolished. The project has also involved the construction of Landfill site in Alam Al Afrag area near Burg El Arab to permanently bury the contaminated materials. Several facilities had to be constructed on site for service purposes including; Personnel Decontamination Unit, Waste water treatment plant, and others.

Duties:-

1. As the scheduler :- Responsible for building the project schedule of all activities; including updating, claims, and cost analysis & budget control.

2. As the Project Engineer :- Responsible for the quality control & supervision of all work activities to ensure that specifications are met .

Duties:

I was responsible for the project schedule of (1800) activities, prepare all types of reports including graphic and tabular reports which become part of the project file. Assign codes and resources for the project activities and for the subcontractors activities.

Project included welding and piling operation, concrete works, reinforced masonry block work and steel erection of four (4) buildings, Maintenance Building, Fuel storage Building, Torpedo Building + bolted water tank of 30 ft height and demolition of existing structures and rehabilitation of others .

I was responsible for the supervision of all Civil work activities and assure full compliance with C.O.E. specifications, shop drawings and preparatory meetings, working closely with my construction team to ensure that plans are followed, quality up held and correct procedures and materials used.
