- Ensure the project result meet client’s and Project Contractual requirements regarding the Quality Standards.
- Liaise with Project Manager, Construction Managers, and Project Control Manager to coordinate inspection /testing according to construction activities.
- Coordinate with corporate QA & QC Managers to prepare Project Quality plan, Prepare quality monthly reports and sent them to CQD Department.
- Attend the project management meeting(s), reviewing all relevant documentation, test reports and prepare all handing over reports.
- Verify scope of finished work with that of the baseline.
- Monitored IMS procedures related to ISO certificate in verifying documentation of all quality procedures and their implementation.
- Manage, monitor and analyzing overall testing, measurements and inspection activities in coordination with the construction, maintain critical records and documents related to quality assurance.
- Development, maintenance and monitoring of implementation of PQP, ITP, Work instructions, NCR & Method statement.
- Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated, and that the products are investigated as necessary, e.g. Earthwork, concrete, different finishing, roads activities.
- Assign tasks / areas / responsibilities to QC Engineers and inspectors.
- Understand the nature of interfacing works and cooperate with other department QC & site mangers / engineers.
