chartering contract or performance evaluation.
• Ensure carrier compliance with the company policies or procedures for Safety
transit or delivery.
• Implement all logistical activities (Expediting, Collection, Transportation,
Consolidation, Documentation, Packing, Handling inventory, Distribution for all
drilling operation areas, Shipping, tracking delivers, etc..) in professional way to
achieve required materials flow.
• Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing,
shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or
warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
• Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or
efficient means of transporting products or supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or
processes, such as marketing, sales, accounting, and operation.

Supervising Drilling Rigs’ move among different areas with many clients through
various cultures, nature, legislation and law and various infrastructures.
• Liaise & interface on a daily basis with Logistics Manager, and Operations Manager
as well as Freight Agents / Transport providers regarding calling off services and
processing of cost.

Supervise and facilitate communication between freight forwarder and supplier in
the logistics process of all shipments, ensure that shipping documents meets our
shipping instructions and monitoring shipment till arrival the desirable destination.

• Handling operational needs for different Service lines - such as Power Tong, Hanger, Coil Tubing, Pipeline & Process Services Drilling Tools, …etc. - in response to different internal and external customers’ tools, equipment and materials requests.
• Relationship management for third party entities such as service providers and government officials in terms of contracting, payments, services orders, reporting, auditing…etc.
• Ensuring that QHSE considerations are always a top priority in materials storage and movement, personnel… etc.
• Directing and coordinating personnel activities throughout Free Zone facilities and related product line operations (Work orders, service tickets, Time sheets, casual hiring... etc.)
• Overseeing facility maintenance activities and requisition of needed tools or equipment.
