Job Summary:
- Managing the preparation of the technical and commercial proposals and tenders for the RFPs, RFQs, RFIs
and ITBs for the targeted projects and tenders and leading the negotiations with the clients and partners.
- Creating partnership with the valuable partners (Subcontractors, Suppliers, Vendors, Clients, etc...)
- Revision and endorsement of contracts and partnership agreements including Joint-venture agreements,
Memorandum Of Understanding, Non Disclosing Agreements, and Exclusivity agreements.
- Representing the company in national and international exhibitions and conferences (ADIPEC).
- Leading the Proposals Section Team to implement regular tasks.
- Prioritize the Company's ongoing ITBs/ RFQs/ RFPs/ RFIs based on likelihood of winning and the potential added-value to the company, taking in consideration to align the prioritization generated schema with the strategic corporate plan.
- Evaluate and decide the Subcontractor (s) participation size.
- Screening potential partner, taking in consideration the availability of a client AVL.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, encompassing price, payment terms, and delivery
schedules, to secure favourable agreements.
- Prepare and submit the proposal Handover report to whom it may concern in the company, in case of
Contract award.
- Prepare review report, detailed compliance matrix and schedule.
- Lead the proposal team members, writers and engineers in preparing the technical components of the proposal to ensure that all RFP requirements are incorporated in the Technical Proposal.
- Writing and endorsement of proposals section Quality procedure including the templates and standards for tenders and proposal writing style, and layout.
- Ensure the high-quality content and appearance of final proposal deliverables, in line with company's
branding policy, and best industry practices.
- Incorporate a recovery plan comments into the proposal documents.
- Prepare the presentation and the PowerPoint slides for the project stakeholders.
- Leading and motivating cross-functional proposal teams, providing coaching and guidance.
- Generation and endorsement of the Lessons learned, utilizing a root cause analysis, and share it with stakeholders.
- Requirement Analysis for the prospect RFP, RFQ, RFI, and ITB.
- Review the Capture Manager contract strategy/ Capture plan throughout the entire tender proposal preparation process and facilitate a win strategy.
- Generation of the technical and commercial proposals for the targeted tenders and projects.
- Leading the proposal team, assigning tasks, and identifying the required deliverables against
compliance matrix from all team members.
- Initiating proposal kick-off meeting and proposal status revision meetings with proposal team.
- Plan, manage, monitor, and control the proposal schedule.
- Revise the Bid document and Client Contract draft.
- Collaborate with Contracts Section Head to ensure contractual and financial requirements have
been addressed as per ITB.
- Prepare primary Planning package inclusive of but not limited to project execution Schedule,
Project execution Plans, Project Team Organization Chart, Resumes of Key personnel, and
supporting letters and cooperation agreements from Sub-contractors and vendors.
- Generation of Technical and commercial clarifications for the Engineering Subcontractors and Suppliers.
- Material Take off Lists (MTO) and BOQ list revision in alignment with the SOW.
- Identify and quantify cost factors, such as Project duration, processes, materials, and labor expenses factors,
via live costing or benchmarking, Considering the diversity of the contracts types and project types.
- Estimating the Projects Costs and Budgets and determine pricing method.
- Challenging with industry experts to discuss cost estimates.
- Arrangement of a leveraged Payment terms.
- Prepare RFQ/RFI/RFP for the Subcontractors, with the required Inco-terms and other contractual
frameworks.
- Synthesize contract agreements with partners according to the project scope (Consortium or
Joint-ventures), segregating the liabilities in a Responsibility Matrix (RM).
- Respond to the Client's clarifications.
- Prepare and submit the proposal Handover report to whom it may concern in the company, in
case of Contract award.
- Prepare and lead efficient Proposal Kick-off meetings, and presentation.

Job Summary:
- Supervising all the construction activities and overall progress in the field and ensure conformance.
- Deploying manpower and managing resources, materials and machineries for optimum utilization.
- Planning and priorities scheduling for on-going and future constructions.
- Monitoring all site activities to assure its compliance to project quality policies and standards
- Material Inspection and approval.
- Testing and performance analysis for electrical, instrumentation and Telecom systems.
- Coordinating between Owner, PMC, Contractor and Subcontractors.
- Site documentation reviewing, evaluating and approving such as: Mechanical Completion Dossiers, Site
Technical Queries, PA Dossiers, MOMs etc..
- Overall supervision of Wellheads and Oil Gathering Manifold Electrical and Instrumentation construction activities.
- Power Transmission Networks designing and construction.
- Power Generators, Power Supply Skids and transformers Installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Instruments Installation, loop checking and calibration.
- Installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of below Systems:
i- Lighting, Cathodic Protection systems, Electrical heat tracing systems, Earthing& lightning Protection
Systems.
ii- Telecommunication, Instrumentation and Control systems such as: Distributed Control system (DCS),
Emergency Shut Down System (ESD), Fire and Gas System (F&G), VHF system, CCTV system.
iii- Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), MRTUs and Fiber Optic Transceiver Equipment FOTE.
Supervising the construction, installation and commissioning of Electrical & Instrumentation
systems and ensuring that international standards and client requirements and specification are achieved.
Projects executed:
The development of South Annajma Oil Basin Program - South Kurdfan State- Owner Star-Oil Operating
Company. As a PMC E&I engineer I was holding the major responsivity as an owner representative in all project
management related activities mainly in the Electrical and Instrumentation field, Phase 1 includes 5 projects:
1. Field Surface Facilities Project (FSF): Contractor RAM Energy:
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and supervising the electrical activities starting from materials inspection, cable laying, cable
termination, panels and equipment installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of wellheads electrical
systems such as Electrical Heat Tracing System, Lighting System, Chemical Injection System, Earthing System,
Cathodic Protection System, etc..
- Supervising wellheads Instruments installation and calibration, RTU configuration, Fiber Optic cables testing and
termination and instruments loop check.
2. Power Generation Plant:
Responsibilities: Supervise all Installation works, testing and commissioning of diesel power modules, power
transformers and High voltage switchgear.
3. Power Distribution Network:
Responsibilities: Inspection of H-poles erection, conductor stringing, RMU installation, high voltage cables laying
and termination.
4. Early Production Facility (EPF):
Responsibilities: Inspecting all site installations, Motors testing, instruments installation and calibration, system
loop check, system performance and sequence testing.
5. Pipeline System Package:
Responsibilities:
inspecting above ground pipes heat tracing installation, Pipeline pumps testing and Custody Transfer Metering
Skid installation testing and commissioning.
Other Program Responsibilities:
- Inspection of the received materials and ensure they are complying the project specification and international
standards.
- Preparing the daily Surveillance reports for the E&I discipline.
- Monitoring all site snags, following snags clearance by contractors, and issue acceptance certificates accordingly
- Attending Handover joint inspection process upon work completion and after meeting acceptance criteria
- Preparing mechanical completion and provisional acceptance Punch lists

Project Executed:
EPCC of Moleeta FPF & OBC project 105, 000, 000 USD- Upper Nile State - South Sudan
Project Responsibilities:
- Provided on-site subject matter expertise for all instrument and control cables oversaw cables termination for
various field instruments, Motors, skids, junction boxes & Distribution boards.
- Implemented cathodic protection System/ Metering skid, Distributed Control Systems, Emergency Shutdown
System along with vendor, supported packages and subsystems Installation & Commissioning.
- Liaised with 3rd party for the commissioning of Protection system and Substation Automation System.
- Effectively met strategic outcomes required on the project by performing I&C QA/QC activities, preparing RFIs
and clearing E&I Punch listed items and finalizing project documentation.
- Installation and commissioning of the CCTV and PAGA system
- Monitoring Base Station Subsystem Network.
