Review and study all the project drawings, BOQ’s and Specs, study, understand and execute the project’s scope, Direct the Electrical construction in site from conception to completion, assign technicians and subcontractors in the site. Delegate the site work to Electrical construction staff, carry out corrective actions for technical issues that shall affect the site work. Monitor progress to ensure scheduling milestones are being met, identify risk and opportunity in all aspects of project management and implement mitigation measures where risks can be appreciable.

1-Review of shop drawings related to Electrical and ensures its compliance with designs, contract requirement and properly coordinated with other disciplines.
2-Review of materials related to Electrical work and ensures its compliance to contract requirement.
3-Ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good practice and only approved materials are used.
4-Make sure that site activities are properly monitored and all quality records are established and maintained.
5-Make sure that all site inspections are carried out as per intervention points marked in the approved Inspection and Test Plan.

*Supervising electrical jobs based on shop drawings and specifications
* Ensure the availability of adequate quantity of Electrical material
* Conduct safety tool box lecture to enforce safety regulations for individuals on the site
* Raise inspection requests for WORK completed
* Ensure WORK is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed procedures, and method statements
* Reduce the wastage of material and increase manpower productivity
* Negotiate with client and consultant for obtaining approvals for requested modifications
