- Qualifying and listing seller’s properties as per the market evaluation; qualifying buyers as per the set criteria of categorizing them under end user or investor profiles to achieve sales quota
- Marketing clients properties on the local and international portals as well as pitching the properties to potential suitable buyers
- Generating periodic market analysis report; presenting real estate market stats to the clients in order to keep them abreast with the market conditions
- Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available for entry into relevant database programs.
- Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients, and briefing the manager promptly on any significant issues arising from those contacts.
- Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to the Accounts Division to ensure accurate, timely remittances. Forwarding cheques and necessary documents to landlords and/or real-estate companies for payments received on their behalf.
- Maintaining accurate records on properties, clients, and landlords on the CRM.
