Key Roles & Responsibilities:

 Review and study tender specifications, drawings, BOQ, preamble notes, and condition of contract
 Take off quantities and check with BOQ for all works.
 Liaise with the design team regarding ambiguities of contract work scope, seek clarifications, and advise to design team on quantity
and cost changes in optional design changes.
 Preparation of Subcontractor Tender packages for the procurement department to float enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers.
 Prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities in line with the scope of works and specification if the Client BOQ is not provided.
 Submission of Interim payment application (IPA) along with the backup documents, and getting approval from the engineer
 Identifying and Analysis of Variations, Send Notification of Variations (NOV), Valuation of Variations, Submission with Unit Rate
buildup and Backup documents, and getting approval.
 Prepare enquiries to be sent to Subcontractors and Suppliers and evaluate quotations on return, negotiate, prepare commercial
comparison statement and recommendations.
 Preparation of Hiring orders, work orders, and subcontract agreements.
 Review and certify subcontractor’s payments/variations and manage the control report.
 Assist in preparing the EOT claim.
 Prepare & monitor payment log, variation log, sub-contractor/suppliers log,
 Follow-ups with the site QA/QC team for abortive works and additional works
