Search/source/identify/evaluate Shipping lines in Local and International market.
Checking frequent freight rates for Import and Export from shipping lines.
Slashed delivered freight costs by negotiating prices and consolidating orders.
Checking daily reports from sales/purchases to arrange Import and Export shipment from all over the world.
After Shipment order confirmation from sales/purchase, will check freight quote with shipping lines, prepare comparison sheets, raise PO after approvals and issue shipping instructions wherever necessary.
After approval, request Shipping line for CRO with required Haulier Code. Arrange transportation for container pullout from port by raising token and after material loading, arrange for submission.
Before containers submission, will send Load list and pass declaration in Mirsal II, check draft shipping documents, coordinate closely with shipping Line for shipment documents.
Preparing Shipping documents for Customer and sending email to get confirmation from them.
After getting confirmation, apply for the Dubai chamber attestation and send original shipping documents to the customer office for POD clearance.
For Import shipments, closely track the shipments arrivals and arrange for documents to clear Import shipments.
Checking import shipments status to get on-time delivery order from shipping line to clear the shipments from port.
Arranging transportation for container pull-out and submission to Port for Import & Export Shipments.
Sound knowledge in CID inspection and Customs Inspection for Import shipments from Egypt, Iran, Iraq Etc,
Negotiated and maintained data base on trucks rates and ocean freight.
Arranging transportation for Main land delivery by passing BOE, GP & clearing Inspection in MOCCAE to deliver in other Emirates or other GCC.
Preparing customs documents for customs submission like customs BOE, Exit Entry and applying for duty refund claim and transit out shipments in Customs.
Supplier Evaluation and rating as per ISO Procedure; any other tasks mentioned in ISO procedure for Logistics.
Expert in Saber process for Saudi shipment.
Expert in CARGOX documents submission for Egypt shipment.
Expert in preparing documents for LC shipment for Bank submission.
Expert in material movements for organizing event in World trade center and other places in UAE
