Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Leading the business of retail by 26 Section manager and Merchandiser team (16 Sales reps & 10 merchandisers).
2. Manage, develop, train, and motivate CBD team (Sales and Merchandiser) to maximize on the brands and company success.
3. Create and negotiate all the customers annual agreement after aligning with Americana commercial team.
4. Following Americana core field strategies (Core Range, Merchandising, visibility, and monthly initiatives) through unique SBD
for the customers.
5. Develop plans and schedules for the team to achieve the goals and follow-up implementation.
6. Follow-up sales team to reach the goals set for the sales.
7. Follow-up customers and serve them in all respects, especially orders from registered until they arrive, delivered, and displayed
on the shelves
8. Follow-up customer accounts with the company to avoid the accumulation of dues.
9. Review sales orders prior to their adoption of the delegates
10. Weekly discussion with the sales team to see the achievements of the past week.
Key achievements:
➢ Exceeding budgeted volume by 60%.
➢ Establish MSL.
➢ Create customer classification base.

2. Prepare Daily Sales report for all sales channels “WHL, RTL, K.A & F.S”
3. Monthly update of Fact book & Sales Manual.

service.
7. Manage monthly forecast by item level.

12. Stock and out of stock report daily update.
13. Follow up customer claims and settled on system.
