Managing Incoming, Outgoing Project documents and Keep track of all records.
 Responsible for issuing Engineering Documents to Client through Electronic Data Management System.
 Interacting with Consultant, Sub-Contractors, Site Offices, Suppliers and Manufacturers in connection with the
Documentation.
 Controlling Outgoing & Incoming Material Inspection & Work Inspection Request filling with Record Update Log.
 Preparing for NCR & Clearance to Consultant & Sub-Contractor.
 Attending and/or hosting meetings; recording and preparing meeting of minutes; office file management.
 Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
 Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.
 Safely keeping the documents / drawings in the respective equipment files wise till the end of the project.
 Maintaining hard copy and soft copy of the documents.
 Ensuring the acknowledgement of documents/drawing transmittals from Client, Consultant and Sub Contractor.
 Prepare Time Sheet for Staff Labor with normal and OT hours of daily and Monthly Time Sheet.
 Daily recording and proper coding of expenditures; cash and log balance reconciliation; coordinating for fund replenishment; transaction log and receipts submission.
 Preparing for Daily, Weekly & Monthly report properly

Log incoming documents from clients, consultants and subcontractor, make sure they receive relevant documents and make sure copies of relevant documents are held.
 Managing Incoming, Outgoing documents and Keep track of all records.
 Maintaining and updating the database and also manual filings.
 Ensure all documents are archived appropriately.

 Prepare Daily & Monthly Income Statement.
 Managing Petty Cash incoming and outgoing all records.
 Manage All Documents with Soft Copy & System.
