 Modification, Operation and Verification of different types of panel Troubleshooting of Induction motor, winding Resistance, Load &No load Ampere, its performance and Bearing checking

MAJOR PROJECTS
Installation of 11KV Feeder
Heading and supervising the ericsion /installation and commissioning of 11KV feeder with complete settings Calculation, parameterization and complete testing at Shazil Pakistan Pvt Ltd from 132kvGrid station with the collaboration of K-Electric Pakistan.
Automatic Power Factor Controller
To estimate and inspect the load with calculation according to the utilization of power at main power plant and design the Automatic power factor as per need of the power plant under the supervision of K-Electric Team.
Installation of 500 KVA Transformers
After complete testing of 500 KVA transformers that include TTR (Transformer Turns Ratio test), Insulation resistance test, Winding resistance test, Differential stability test and installed the transformer with the cooperation of Siemens contactor.

• Prepare of electrical and Instruments drawing.
• Calibration of different Instruments, PI, TI, Controller, Schenck, bagging station and control room equipment.
• Creation and implementation of SOPs as per requirement of different job of work
• Discuss with Manager about balance jobs to non-availability of material /power
• To Work on Power Transmission and Distribution of different areas in Plant.(Polycon and SSP)
• Check of UPS batteries performance and graph.
• Inspection of receiving item and make monthly and yearly budget report for audit.
• Helping with senior on shutdown/project, pending job and problem.
• To prepare Work Permit for Electrical and Instruments job in plant and direct supervision of assign job to the Technician, discuss on technical problem and trained them and ensure housing of area after completion of job.
