 Involved in non-conformity reports towards sub-contractor with quality team.
 Replying on all technical queries either from the sub-contractor or from the company’s site supervisors, and solving problems in cooperation with site supervisors reaching the best solution.
 Updating the construction manager and site manager with the update of the civil works progress weekly.
 Updating as built drawings for actions different than the detail design drawings.
 Managing internal NCR’s cases for internal back charges in the company from one department to the other.
 Preparing all variation orders requirements including drawings and quantities.
 following all underground networks (sewerage, storm water, electricity, water supply, and fire fighting systems).
 following auxiliary works (handrails, stairs, gratings, chequered plates, etc)
 closing punch points for final handing over to the client.

Managed 3 mobile concrete mixers from the selling stage till the mobilization and start up stage. Responsible for calibration tests of all mixtures of the concrete (aggregates, cement, admixtures, and water). Preparing design concrete mix for reaching the best workability with lest materials.
