Handling all customers’ complain.
Analysis study to the Daily, weekly and monthly sales to check our situation comparing with the competitors by know customer’s opinion and their impressions about our quality, prices and our service comparing with competitors.
Make new Ideas and Suggestion to overcome the problems or showing different Ideas to improve and develop our business
Train the new staff regarding orientation programs, well as on the job training.

Monitoring sales by daily, weekly and Monthly.

Practical observation to each salesman, to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
Ensure that each sales man have appropriate tools for their job and is in good condition.
Place the daily order on the system for each company based on sales analyzing.
