Location: ALRAHA Beach Hotel.
Preparing and instructing monthly training of (SOP) for all department colleagues.
Reporting directly to Security Manager
Handling security department in the absence of Security manager.
Supervising the team ensuring all team members are working on a varied pattern and Covering the necessary hours with fairness and respect.
Monitoring performance, assist with reviews and training of all members of the team.
Familiar with all relevant Manuals, SOP's, policy and procedures.
Monitoring the hotel environment and ensure that all critical areas are adequately managed through CCTV surveillance and patrolling.
Monitoring all access controls, gate passes, visitor/ contractor/ casual staff bag searches,
hotel keys and CCTV surveillance system.
Reporting all criminal allegations and incidents with full investigations, statements and Details immediately to DOS.
Reporting all irregularities with full details and sufficient proofs to DOS.
Familiar with the hotel's daily functions and VIPs arrival and doing all arrangements.
Conducting investigations and preparing incident reports as required with all facts.
Being one of the emergency team members to handle serious incident or crisis.
Responding to the serious incident even during off-duty period.
Attending to customers' needs, i.e. carry guest luggage, answer guest inquires etc.
Reviewing security department daily occurrence log book and security files.
Supporting the rest of the security team when necessary.
Keeping all information relating to the department and department duties confidential.
Able to deal with the trouble maker’s people and all the complicated situations.
Checking quantity and quality of all incoming and outgoing goods.
Registering all data in database.
Monitoring and revising customer accounts.
Perform monthly inventory of all stores.
Duties include: Customer service.
Receiving orders from customers and deliver them to the concerned department.
Resolve customer complaints and satisfy him.
Create database of call centre department, such as attendance sheets, customer addresses and contact numbers.
Supervise all call centre team in the absence of the department chief.
