- SDU Agent at ASE- Aero Services Egypt (May2012 till Jan2014).
- Senior Agent at ASE- Aero Services Egypt (currently).
Responsible for carrying out duties pertinent to ground services activities, and ensuring that SDU safety, security and quality management systems are implemented.
Carries out all ground operations activities including passenger, aircraft handling, check in, lost and found baggage’s with due consideration of all relevant regulations of company.
Adhere to all IATA as well as AHM804 standards and regulations strictly all over all the operation procedures.
Keep an excellent level of communication and courtesy with tour operators, airport officials as well as any related person interfering with our flight operations.
Coordinates and supervises all activities of ground handling companies to ensure safety and security.
Communicate with passenger handling department all data available for each flight in terms of passenger’s numbers and all related baggage information and special services to be delivered accurately to the flight crewmembers.
Coordinate with Traffic & Slot department to ensure having in each SDU the complete client manual as well as the IATA manuals to empower their application as well as the emergency response plan.
**Period of employment
Starting from May .2012 till November .2012 at Hurghada International Airport, Borg El Arab Airport and currently working at Sharm el sheikh international airport.
