Responsibility:
• Establish and enforce safety policies and practices to guarantee employee adherence to safety requirements.
• Coordinate safety training programs to assist staff in comprehending and observing safety procedures.

• Alert workers to potential dangers, and use labels, signage, posters, floor markings, and color coding.
• Investigate mishaps or near misses to spot potential dangers and make recommendations for action.
• Make sure that personnel is informed of and has access to safety standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure that the findings of safety inspections are recorded, keep track of how accidents and injuries are investigated, make sure that corrective steps are taken, and offer suggestions on how to avoid future mishaps.
• Point out areas where training or certification is necessary to meet the requirements outlined in applicable law-approved codes of conduct, or HSE recommendations.
• Conduct and review all assessments as specified by law at appropriate intervals, and keep records of them.

Responsibility:
• Create Method Statement for the project according to SECOCO Requirements
• Create hazard identification plane for the project according to SECOCO Requirements
• Create emergency plane and job safety analysis according to SECOCO Requirements
• Active inspection system for heavy equipments (cranes, forklifts and dumpers)
• Coordinate With THIRD Party calibration company (TUV) for issuing calibration certificate and licenses for equipments and operators.
Project (New Alamin City- North coast) Responsibility:
• Active emergency plane and fire points around the site
• Active ptw system
• Active inspection system for heavy equipments ( cranes, forklifts and dumpers)
• Active Safe storage system and safe storage areas
• Active scaffolds inspection system
Project (3) (Sewer Water Drainage Network . YANBU) (Client-National Water Company)
Responsibility:
• Coordination with the municipality on excavations
• Coordination with Traffic on the streets close and modify traffic signals and Roads conversion path
• Implementation in accordance with the instructions and safety Saudi security system

• Make the Deep Excavations Safe And Support it
