Atlantis International is an American company established in Michigan-USA for Trading and supply. In 2011 we established Egypt Branch to start in trading and supply of Frozen food (Meat - Chicken - Fish - Vegetables) with capital of 5 Millions $

Started with the first beginning to the company establishing in Egypt to plane all the sales strategies
Managing sales force of 4 supervisors and 12 sales rep. with 10 cars and drivers
Made a brand for the company in the poultry industry called (Rich Chicken)
Planned for another 3 brands for meat, Fish and vegetables
Made an Exclusive deal to Import chicken from Turkey to Egypt

Which was a British company specialized in the credit information all over the world. started in Egypt with the same concept and developed to be one of the biggest sub dealer to all the banks in Egypt as we developed a program to connect all the banks, retailers and client on one network to make it much easier to get all the financial solutions the end users desire.
I started as a sales Rep., sales supervisor, Sales Manager and finally a Business Development Manager and a vice president to the company when the owner is abroad
o Manage a network with more than 1500 retailer and 8 banks
o Solve and develop any kind of problems that might face the users to match the banks criteria
o Manage a team of 25 CS to direct and coordinate between the retailers and the Banks
o Encourage the sales force to get new retailers by finding leads and recommendation from the old ones
I was a member of a team responsible for a number of retailers who have a contract with the bank to sell their products on credit so every RM take a number of 2 or 3 retailers on his account so his aim is to get the highest number of application meeting to the criteria of the bank policy so I had to train all the sells staff they have on the bank policy and to handling any client on the policy of the bank and contact the client from the moment of submitting the application to the booking process to be successfully financed.
