 Leading development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories.
 Lead annual category 4Ps planning and review process by understanding business objectives and translating them into a 4Ps roadmap for Sales execution.
 Establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans.
 Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate off take.
 Responsible for Trade Marketing / Category Management process & solutions with external & internal customers to grow the categories.

 Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns.
 Development of a trade promotional plan with key customers and channels.
 Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with the Company Trade Marketing and commercial director.
 Manage and evaluate trade / merchandises ` team.
 Set up, create & Manage of the trade tools for display spaces & promotions for all customers and channels. ( POP, stands, booths, floor displays……….so on )
 Following up all the competitors` activities in the market continually and put the tactical plans to facing them.
 Exhibitions organizing.
