Leading development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories.
Lead annual category 4Ps planning and review process by understanding business objectives and translating them into a 4Ps roadmap for Sales execution.
Establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans.
Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate off take.
Responsible for Trade Marketing / Category Management process & solutions with external & internal customers to grow the categories.

Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns.
Development of a trade promotional plan with key customers and channels.
Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with the Company Trade Marketing and commercial director.
Manage and evaluate trade / merchandises ` team.
Set up, create & Manage of the trade tools for display spaces & promotions for all customers and channels. ( POP, stands, booths, floor displays……….so on )
Following up all the competitors` activities in the market continually and put the tactical plans to facing them.
Exhibitions organizing.
Planning, managing & executing all trade marketing & BTL activities.
Building, training & supervising merchandising Teams “In source & Outsource”.
Manage & negotiate agreements with Key Accounts & Hyper Outlets.
Planning and follow up national promotions and sampling activities.
Cooperate with the sales team to make sure that products are available in the right time and conditions.
Analyze market prices, and monitor changes on monthly bases.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly and quarterly review for Availability & Spaces and News all Market from merchandising reports and suggesting corrective actions.
Follow up offers, activities and POP materials in all Egypt.
Manage suppliers in term of designing, production, in store communication tools & Ushering.
Consistently monitor and analyze competitor activities and performance.
Managing & planning and operate all Exhibitions.
Replay on customers Complaints and solve it with Quality Dep. (2011)
