Ensure all the issued and received Qty. items by the hotel has been accurately recorded and properly allocated to each outlet cost centre.
As a result of recording all in & out data we can get on a daily basis the food & beverage cost % for each outlet.
The hotel will nevertheless maintain an audit costing for ensuring that all the hotel cost recorded for each day's business and allocated to all hotel outlets cost centre comparing with each revenue to know what the actual net cost % is for each one it will also:
- Report net cost to management
- Perform proactive and reactive spot checks to verify the accuracy of cost in generating departments at cost centre
- Ensure compliance with internal control systems
- Works with all of the finance & hotel dept. that related to hotel cost
And make daily communication with it regarding control for cost & method of consume. Keeps them informed of their dept. work line
- Evaluate & implement internal & external cost control, recommendation & &provides feedback to management on results
