-Providing process improvement and review for all Workforce related systems and data sources.
-Creating monthly dashboard for Workforce utilization and productivity.
-Creating automation for head count and shrinkage report collection.
-Update and modify Power Automate tools (Microsoft Flow - Power App - Microsoft Forms - Power BI) design, data source and structure based on business needs and performance tuning.
- Review and update impact assessment process for workforce new demands and provide technical insight and analysis for improvement and automation.
-Updating and modifying Microsoft Access DBs (Master Data - Functions - Queries - Calculations) for populating data through SharePoint and automatically sync Dashboards and Power Apps.
-Handling Workforce Ad-Hoc reports and creating new insight for operations to improve the quality of work.
-Preparing external customer monthly spend and usage analysis and cost.
-Working with service managers to analyze, design and automate monthly scorecard for Customer KPI / SLA performance.
-Creating automation for report handling and data analysis.
-Creating Ad-hoc Reports and dashboard through data mining of different systems (Service Now - ORAC - etc...)
-Providing technical consulting and troubleshooting to these fields (IT - HR - Finance -Procurement - Warehousing and Inventory - Logistics - Shipping)
-Providing Data Analysis Services through (Microsoft Excel - SQL - Oracle - Power BI - MySQL - Microsoft Access -Crystal Reports SAP BO)
-Providing strategic and technical structure to Point of Sale, ERP and Tourism systems
• Working with all related parties to develop feasible roll out plans and project timelines.
• Working with management to organize the human resource into a project team lead by super-users.
• Setting up a training environment suitable to both the users and the service providers.
• Being the link between the users and software programmers/third party service providers after the implementation.
• Continuously work with all departmental heads to review all business processes making sure that they are as lean as possible, and where need be craft alternative process flows.
• Sourcing/identifying suitable suppliers and organizing for product demos where local solutions such as HRMS and archiving solutions need to be implemented.
• Be the first level for system problems resolution, this includes troubleshooting and problems isolation.
• Providing key decisions support, monitoring risks and be involved in creating the mitigation plans ensuring that ITGCs meet the standard IS audit and best practice requirements.
• Listening to the users and converting their ideas into customized reports or program logic, in the end being able to make work easier.
• Organizing training for new members of the organization as well as refresher training when necessary.
• The project owner for all new IS projects, overseeing the process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests and procedures, parallel runs as well as keeping the project documentation.
• Work with the IT manager to implement and maintain disaster recovery (DRP) measures.
• Assist in extracting data from the system in formats such as the auditors may request.
• Continually reviewing the various internal processes and bringing together all stakeholders to decide on the most efficient ways of carrying out day-to-day business tasks.
• Working with the IT manager to ensure that an IT policy is in place and maintained.

• Follow-up and update HR payroll system to match finance requirement and disable any manual interaction to salary and bonus calculation, provide future plan to integrate to Oracle / SAP system.
• Follow-up Fleet Management system and discussion for integration with SAP / upgrading the system to be replaced by new module in the Inventory system.
• Work with the Financial TAX manager to prepare and organize data (Corporate Income Tax - VAT - Salary Income Tax) to be delivered to Government website.
• Prepare and Assist in external Audit team (KPMG) meetings, request and reports.
• Follow-up and implement external Audit team (KPMG) recommendations.
• Frequent check for segregation of duties in Oracle System.
• Responsible for training and implementing Manual Invoices (SALN) cycle with finance team in Oracle system.
• Responsible for training and implementing Fixed Assets cycle with Audit and finance team in Oracle system.
• Assist in preparing the IT DR plan for remote locations and providing counter plan scenarios.
• Training Software team in implementing, design and testing new solutions.
• Manage Software team in handling calls and troubleshooting systems.
• Follow -up Software team’s tasks and progress.
• Assist financial department in migrating from Oracle to SAP system.
• Assist All departments in global rollovers testing and checking business impact.
