• Responsible for the deployment of indoor coverage solutions IBS
• CAPEX & OPEX Budget Management for Radio Mobile Network 2G, 3G
• Responsible for the preparation prerequisites sites (permissions of Commons, poles, shelters, electrification, transmission ....)
• Contribute to tendering and contracts for Single RAN mobile networks
• 2G, 3G RF Problems Troubleshooting using optimization tool metrics and Raw counters
• Familiar with 2G, 3G Drive test logs analysis and field issues solving
• Familiar with 2G, 3G Traces analysis
• Solid experience in 3G & 2G Features testing and deployment

• Preparation of the roadmap migration 2G/3G Mobile Radio network to LTE
