Making all the annual balance sheets and managing all costumers and suppliers accounts.
Dealing with the government Wages Protection System WPS.
Dealing with all office papers and typing all the establishment official correspondences.
Working on all Microsoft Office programs and also Nobel accountant software.
As it is a medium size establishment I do all the work of the public relations officer.
Worked as an accountant so I had to take responsibilities for the selling bills and the records of customers and suppliers (credit and cash suppliers).
Doing a lot of tasks including sales and marketing and promotions.
Supervision a group of employees.
My experiences with computers and networks hardware and software became handy with this job and I gain even more experiences.
Creating archives for company files that wasn't existed before they hire me which helped organizing the business.
Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.

Been responsible of evacuation in cases of emergency, acting like the first point of contact for guests and the emergency services.
