• Developed a telecom Managed Service proposition, covering operation and maintenance, organisational development, business models effectively marketed in the region
• Implemented effective Business & Operational processes for a System Integration Service Division supporting significant growth and service expansion.
• Designed Process/Workflow of different business areas and Huawei’s standard manual for Managed Services, and maintained continuous improvement of MS standards
Prepared Strategic and Tactical Plans as well as Annual Budget, Quarterly Objectives and related KPI’s for the Managed Service Department, and led the evaluation and selection of suppliers and service providers
