‐ Keep proper and updated records of site surveys.
‐ Coordinate and Monitor project’s material requirements, between design, shop drawings, production, and installation.
‐ Coordinate between contractor and consultant technical offices, and site constraints to ensure the product and installation are as per project requirements.
‐ Assuring correct and precise documentation of materials, inspections and closure documentation.
Prepare and submit production update reports regularly and as needed, inclusive to daily activities,
deviations from targets, returns and other related issues.
‐ Adhere to produce working detailes, shop drawings, and specifications.
‐ Prepare tender applications and presentations.
‐ Negotiate with sub-contractors and other professionals for favorable terms.
‐ Prepare applications for planning and building control departments.
‐ Assisting project manager in coordination with all project’s stakeholders.
‐ Controlling project progress, highlighting the critical issues and concerns to the project management from start to finish.
‐ Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction.
‐ Propose and implement innovative ideas to save materials and man/hours
