I am proud to take on the role of Maintenance Manager at El Tahadi Citrus Export Station, part of Agreen and the renowned El Banna Group. In this capacity, I am responsible for managing the entire maintenance operations of the station, ensuring seamless functionality across all systems and equipment. My responsibilities include:

Leading and overseeing all maintenance activities for El Tahadi Station, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of citrus export lines and related systems.

Developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

Managing and maintaining the fleet of forklifts, pallet trucks, and material handling equipment critical to station operations.

Ensuring the station complies with international quality standards for citrus exports through meticulous maintenance and operational support.

Mentoring and managing a skilled maintenance team to achieve optimal performance and continuous improvement.

Analyzing equipment performance data to identify opportunities for innovation, cost optimization, and enhanced productivity.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support export goals while maintaining safety and operational excellence.

• Led a maintenance team, ensuring Preventive and Corrective Maintenance tasks were completed in alignment with ISO Compliance standards, resulting in significant reductions in Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
• Managed daily operations, including utilities equipment (compressors, chillers, pumps) and injection molds maintenance, achieving optimal performance and reduced downtime.
• Implemented Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices, enhancing equipment reliability and minimizing operational disruptions.
• Conducted Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Efect Analysis (FMEA) to address major breakdowns and applied data insights to improve maintenance decision-making.
• Oversaw spare parts inventory management, ensuring timely availability within budget and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to support 5S initiatives and safety standards.

- Supervise technician team, assigns their duties, monitors, evaluates,
and keeps records of their performance.
- Influence technicians team and leading them to grow, boosting their talents and process ownership as well as inspire, challenge them and drive for exceptional performance.
- Keep Equipment, Factory Facilities and Utilities in a good working condition.
- Manage corrective maintenance and emergency maintenance activities for all machines in the assigned shop.
- Manage the Preventive Maintenance activities, review the PM steps as needed.
- Responsible for external transactions with equipment agencies to work on finding solutions to problems /malfunctions that need the intervention of the agent.
- Set plan for production line autonomous maintenance (Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening).
- Develop the root cause analysis for major breakdowns.
- Set actions for corrective & preventive maintenance for production lines as per RCA.
- Responsible for maintaining utilities machines (compressor, chillers, pumps, etc.).
- Leads the Asset life cycle management of equipment, including design, operation and maintenance.
- Cooperating in the area of minimizing downtimes and supporting in the creation of the 5S.
- Order spare parts needed for maintenance activities (overhauls, interventions, etc.) in alignment with R&M &working capital budgets.
- Ensure min/max stock of spare parts warehouse in plant.
- Responsible for Cost Optimization, establish cost efficient repair and maintenance processes.
- Apply Cost Competitive Execution techniques for engineering solutions.

• Planned and controlled production capacity, managing work force, resources, and equipment to optimize operational eficiency.
• Trained and retrained personnel, enhancing skills to reduce downtime and improve safety practices.
• Analyzed manufacturing processes, implementing improvements that streamlined operations and ensured ISO Compliance.
• Provided engineering support to both production and maintenance activities, optimizing Preventive Maintenance processes and equipment specifications.
