As a result of the blending of (Qriocity) team into Sony CIC, I was assigned to lead Sony E-Reader team supporting Sony eBook store online for UK, Australia, Germany & Austria. Support scope varies from account issues, Buying issues, Payment methods and content download support.

Supervising Kodak AIO/DCD/FCT Operations.
❖ October 2011 - February 2012: ❖ Sony Entertainment Network (Qriocity):
Due to business needs, I supervised Sony Qriocity team.
❖ September 2010 - November 2010: Due to business needs, I was transferred to the VAIO Italian team during launch phase in order to support in the establishment of our new Italian VAIO account.
❖ November 2010 - January 2011: Leading VAIO Spanish during its launch period.
