• Eduneers is a Company preparing fresh graduates to be ready for construction field in addition to engineering solutions .
• Revisioning the solutions and helping the trainees in designing, Shop drawings and Tendering was my mission.
• Explain the Tasks for trainees and how to solve them.
• About 35 trainees were in the group .The mission was to learn them, check and solve problems facing them .
• Making sure that my group is learning well and giving them the correct sources for learning.
• Designing, manufacturing, and repairing the Voltage Regulators (automatic autotransformer) to make the voltage in houses to its rated values (220v in Egypt).
• This project improves my skills in designing and problem solving.
• Managing the project was the massive task to make corrections and improving to the products the marketing this product preparing to sell it and make profit.
• Learning Electrical low voltage Distribution Design concepts and aspects (using IECstandards & Egyptian code) applying on CAD, DIALUX EVO &Excel.
• Learning the construction workshop drawing on CAD and how to make coordination.
• Learning how to make cost estimation for a construction project and tendering forelectrical works.
• the operation of the units (simple gas cycle, steam cycle and combined cycle) in the planet.
• The protection system and how to check and install the protective devices.
• HV and MV switchgear and its part.
• Health and Safety.
• Electrical power and machine department with grade : Excellent with Honors (88.33 %) Top 10 over graduates (Rank 8) • PLC , SCADA , HMI, and Ignition automation Project with grade : Excellent degree. o Team leader of the project. o Designing and installing the electromechanical parts . o Writing the ladder program code in Unity pro and ensuring the communication between HMI , PLC and lastly the SCADA Ignition Interface . o Supplying the necessary financial and technical support for the project from the competent authorities and succeeded in obtaining financial support from two government agencies(Faculty of Engineering and Academy of scientific research & technology) about 3500$ and technical support from a private company.
