•Interfaces with Product Line Planning Manager to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
• Supplier research and selection. • Value analysis. • Price negotiation.
•Reviews planned orders, creates requisitions for purchased items.
•Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to supplier.
•Tracks order acknowledgement, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.
•Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
•Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
•Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports nonconformance’s.
•Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery.
•Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items.
•Prepare marketing campaigns & events( Booths-Standalones).
•Full Responsible for all marketing materials.
•Full Responsible for Free Medical Samples & materials distribution all over governorates.
 Experience with ERP Software System.
 Prepare & Purchase all sales department request.
 Warehouse Management.
•Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders.
•Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
•Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
•Accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
•Keep maintenance within the warehouse.
•Ensure products movement from suppliers to our warehouses in the governorates.
