Job Description
❖ Audit and control all reservations received from front office department ( to setup on computer system with all details - check price list of the reserved units - in - out reports
❖ Audit amounts payment & receivables from clients (cash - visa - checks) for rent and consumptions (long - short term)
❖ Audit monthly bills of (water. elect. phone) for all resort clients (owners. rentals) with total capacity 1600 units.
❖ Reporting to head manager the situation of all clients' especially critical cases to take suitable reaction.
❖ To audit charges to city ledger and credit card companies before forwarding them to the Accounts Receivable section.
❖ To audit daily Rooms, Food & Beverage revenue summaries and their supporting transaction reports of the Night Audit Process.
