The company carry out EPC projects, shutdowns and construction projects.

The company work as main contractor for Oil, Gas and Civil projects.

Appointed by company board as General Manager to recover the company projects from the heavy losses
and move forward to grow and develop the company.

I successfully put the projects back on track, stop further losses by reducing the completion dates and
control the operational cost, recover part of losses through renegotiating the cost of subcontracts/materials
and submit claims/variation orders to client.

Appointed as Equipment Manager to develop the department to be able to accommodate the change in company size from medium size company with annual turnover of U.S.$ 170, 000, 000 to U.S $ 700, 000, 000 in less than 2 years time, which required huge changes in equipment operations size and performance to be able to support company growth and goals.
The Equipment department work as profit centre and employ more than 2500 manpower with annual turnover exceed U.S$ 60, 000, 000.00
Achievement:
Managed to plan and execute highly fast track plan for increasing the equipment assets by 300% (The value of equipment purchased in 2005 & 2006 exceed U.S $ 100, 000, 000.00) and manpower by 200% within two year while concentrating on improving the level of support to company projects (more than 40 ongoing projects) and increase equipment operations efficiency to insure high return on assets for the owner.

Manage to negotiate and reduce the purchase cost of equipment, spare parts and hired equipment by more than 10%.

Succeed to turnaround the department from money loosing centre in 2004 to profit centre in 2005 with the present of very tight depreciation scheme while keeping the internal rate for equipment less than the market rate by 20% .

Developed new business lines within the equipment operation to maximize the utilization of existing assets (Experience management, maintenance facility and excess equipment) by assisting in establishing heavy equipment dealership department, which succeed to attract prestige names.
Started large-scale equipment rental business within the equipment department as separate profit centre, The business plan based on 3 years capital return strategy.
Develop operation and maintenance philosophy, which increase equipment utilization, reduce breakdown and reduce maintenance cost.
