Duties and Responsibilities
Managing and monitoring whole production process, utilizing continuous improvement and Lean techniques (5S and Kaizen )to increase the productivity and minimize the cost.
Leading my team to implement ERP system with SAP business one and process force.
Leading my team to apply quality, safety and environmental standards. Managing technical manpower in planet, leading and supervising team of technicians (around 150 Technicians ) working on the production lines,
Developed a documentation process for all production events according to the quality control/Assurance policy of the company and ISO9001 standards, keeping documents up to date, Leading my team for satisfy
different regulations required to be achieved by different standards and certificates like ISO9001 and MID.
Collating statistics, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and compiling reports, effectively analyze them to catch the improvement opportunities, determine most effective solutions and implement corrective actions.
Optimizing the production lines for new projects, achieving the best capacity planning and line balancing.
Follow-up the material usage control and the new material study/support in ordering new required materials.
Managing new products as, providing updates to management and other project teams, project management that includes interfacing through cross-discipline teams involving suppliers, purchasing, materials, R&D, quality, safety, and manufacturing.
Procurement activities for product and not product items locally and externally.
* Responsible for Operation and maintenance of Surface Mount
Technology (SMT) production lines for multilayer electronic boards production and reflow soldering ovens.
* Applying quality, safety and environmental standards on all factory elements and different production stages (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
* Familiar with different standards like IPC and IEC.
* Maximizing the benefits and outcome through applying lean
management rules on the production process and Kaizen activities.
* Leading and supervising team of technicians working on production lines and manage tasks and duties among them.
* Adjusting production and preventive maintenance plans
* Responsible for documentation process of all production events
according to the documents control system of the company.
-Responsible for maintaining Mobinil 2G and 3G Sites and BSCs (whole Base Station Subsystem “BSS” including Micros).
- Responsible for installation, commissioning and test running of Nokia Siemens Networks 2G and 3G Modules on the upgrade project.
- Measuring VSWR on different sectors and tracing it's sources.
- Responsible for making surveys for new 2G and 3G sites.
- Dealing with Microwave links (like NEC and Alcatel) and Modem links (HDSL).
- Brief Background about Drive Test measurements and Tems Tools.
- Brief Background about RF Indoor design and Femtocell.
