Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up on existing accounts for business Development.
• Create and execute appropriate strategic plans to bring in more business.
• Research sources in order to develop new business connections.
• Conduct market research to identify and manage sales activities accordingly.
• Meet individual and company sales targets.
• Handle and resolve customers’ complaints.
• Explain products’ value and capabilities to customers.
• Build up relationship with potential customers. Review of all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure Quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Working closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed and quality standards are met.
• Conduct presentations to clients regarding future projects.
Provide direct customer services by informing them of products and services.
• Ensure that customers are directed to the appropriate way.
• Make cold calls to prospective clients and inform them about new products and
Deals.
• Promote new products to walk-in customers and record orders.
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliveries.
