• Coordinate with different department such as HR, Finance, Payroll, GR & Resource in accordance to the request and requirement of employee and clients
• Initiate and review the employees Leave requests, like Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Business Trip and accordingly coordinate with the concerned department for their ERE / MERE Visas and payments .
• Coordinate and follow up with HR & GR to arrange the employee’s PASSPORT, IQAMA, Family Visa, Dependent Entry Visa, Business Visit Visa and Medical Insurance and responsible to fix the issues of. Coordinate and follow-up with the HR and GR to complete the documents and formalities for the employee’s business trip such as Embassy Letter, Overseas Insurance, Visa Processing and flight ticketing
• Handling the employee’s timesheet system and further proceeding / updating with Payroll and FINANCE
• Responsible to solve the issues of payment discrepancies such as Salaries, Allowance, Overtime, Allowances & Annual Ticket
• Maintain a weekly report for employee’s movement (Termination, Resignation & new hire) in coordination with all …
