 Management of daily routine hatchery duties
 Training of newly recruited staff,
 Management of hatchery personals
 Establishing SOP’s for biosecurity
 Managing every activity at the hatchery from egg receiving up to the chick delivery to the farm.
 Facilitate communication b/w employees and department
 Resolve dispute and disagreement
 Cooperate in high level decision making with other top executives of an organization.
 Analyzing hatchery results and comparing with the international standard.
 Planning and following up the implementation of running expenses, Assets budget.
 Planning and following up the preventive maintenance program for all machines & Equipment.
 Design technical documentation and comprehensive written reports
 Review and develop setter and hatchers’ performance.
 Perform hatchery audits, including initiating procedures around hygiene and disease controls
