•Initiating & developing the IT department (Staff, Network, SW, HW) for a group of 4 companies, Define & Apply the IT Budget, Define & Apply back up procedures, Define standard package SW solutions within scope of requirements, Enforce corporate standards in all IT contracts & purchases, ensure effective implementation of corporate IT policies and Information Security programs
