PROVIDING FINANCIAL REPORTS FOR THE PROJECTS
•Sound knowledge of the general accounting principles and the International Accounting Standards (IAS).
• Knowledgeable of the balance sheet and income statement set up and accounts
Handle payable, receivables, fixed assets, general ledger, and knowledgeable about all related tasks (which include price validation, invoice processing, payments and reconciling all accounts under his responsibility with the customers/suppliers on monthly basis)
• Coordinate internally (with Purchasing and Supply Chain departments) and externally (with the supplier) to solve any dispute/issue and ensure execution is in line with agreed on policies/agreements
• Issue debit / credit notes to suppliers, customers and affiliated companies, and handles the related accounts
• Execute reconciliation of the general ledger accounts with sub-ledgers (should be familiar with all accounts)
• Handles tasks related to the monthly accounting closing processes and accrual/provisions procedures (e.g. price compensation, rebate, returns to vendors etc...)
• Good knowledge and experienced in other accounting areas such as Receivables, Fixed Assets, bank reconciliation and Payroll.
• Preparation of some micro programs by Microsoft excel to accomplish some of tasks which doing it very difficult by manual working.
Preparation of lists, reports and documents which follow the following functions:
1. Sales and customer.
2. Banks accounts.
3. Final Accounts.
4. The analytical lists and trial balances
5. Cash and Petty cash accounts.
6. Transport accounting
7. Transition accounts
