Lesaffre is an international French company. As a global key player in yeasts and fermentation, Lesaffre designs, manufactures and markets innovative solutions for Baking, Food taste, Health Care and Biotechnology.
I’m a part of the startup team of the Egypt entity and joined since the inception of operations.
Key responsibilities (include but not limited to):
• Handle system migration to cloud base Office 365 and manage all accounts.
• Responsible for Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system implementation for all implemented modules (Sales, Account receivable, Accounts payable, Purchasing, Supply chain, warehouse management and budgeting).
• Implement all IT infrastructure for the company and remote locations.
• Responsibility over IT department spending (OPEX & CAPEX) including all budget planning activities.
• Follow up all IT projects and investments.
• Manage and direct the IT team towards achieving the department and organization goals and objectives.
• Implement, customize any ERP application requirements from both business and technical point of view.
• Support all users in both of IT issues and ERP issues in addition to help desk normal activities.
• Managing IT activities like but not limited to :
• MS windows server.
• All Virtualization solutions (Hyper-v and VMware).
• Active directory.
• MS Exchange mail server.
• MS System Center
• MS AX dynamics application server.
• MS SQL server.
• DNS & DHCP.
• File and printing server.
• WSUS and WDS servers.
• Antivirus server.
• Backup systems for servers, Virtual Machines, SQL Data Base, ERP Application and Clients machines (Disk & Tape).
• Storage systems (EMC & NetApp).
• Networking and firewalls.
• Cisco Enterprise IP telephony VOIP System.
• Manage Engine service desk plus server (IT ticketing and catalog application).
• IP Cameras and NVR servers.
• Access controls and attendance machines.
Axxcelera is an international American company specialized in the research and development of radio access technology for broadband wireless networks. Its focus on developing baseband software-defined radio solutions that enable next generation wireless infrastructure.
I was a part of the startup team of the Egypt branch and joined since the inception of operations.
Key responsibilities (include but not limited to):
• Managing and implementing all IT infrastructure of the company including servers, network, access control and surveillance systems.
• Administrating Linux servers including DNS server, Applications server, File server and Backup.
• Administrating Network routing, switching and Firewall.
• Responsible of internal telephone system of the company.
• Troubleshooting user’s PC applications, hardware and software.
• Troubleshooting any network issues.

• Administrate a Windows server 2003.
• Administrate Oracle data base and Oracle application.
