Project Controls Manager for Middle East Region to supervise the different projects in Doha (Qatar), Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah (Saudi Arabia) and Cairo (Egypt).
Projects List:
• Madinah Metro, Contract for Preliminary Engineering Design Consultancy Services.
• Jeddah Public Transportation Program (JPTP), Contract for Preliminary Engineering Design Consultancy Services
• Doha Metro (Phase 1) - Systems, Rolling Stock and Trackwork.
• Route 2020 (Dubai Metro Extension - Red Line), Contract for Preliminary Engineering Design Consultancy Services.
Review and approval of Baseline Schedules and Schedule Updates.
Preparation of Overall Tentative Construction Schedules and Interface Milestones.
Preparation of Overall projects Status Report
Project Planning and Scheduling review and follow up
Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports to the client and Systra Top Management.

Project Planning and Scheduling review and follow up
Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports to the client
Review the updates of the Baseline Schedule, including executive summary report preparation
Identifying bottleneck areas and alerting management as well as develop solutions
Coordination and interface with client, and Contractor daily
Assisting in the development of special reports/analysis as required by the client
Chairing progress meetings with the Contractor
Responding to letters from the client regarding delays and other planning related issues
Development of the appropriate systems and procedures to deliver services to client
Assisting the Claims Team in preparing time extension or delay analysis reports
Interface with the project manager and zone managers on a daily basis
Head office Support for the following projects:
• King Abdullah Financial District Monorail - Programme Management
• Greater Cairo Metro Line 3 - Project Management
• Qatar Long Rail Distance - Proposal Preparation
• Riyadh Metro - Proposal Preparation
