Inspect and rectify all repair and maintenance work as directed which is reflected in bank standards in all branches (over 130 branches).
Assists clients day-to-day functionality and efficiency.
Managing network, design, installation and maintenance of services.
Supporting end users and network administrators over telephone and email.
Ensure that each Desktop Device is installed with the appropriate Desktop image.
Manage Desktop Devices (hardware and software) incidents through to resolution within SLA
Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to login.
Maintaining the companies’ network infrastructure and rendering support for resolving Windows issues.
Extending high-end technical support on various servers and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Assessing organizational requirements for security & implementing security software systems against various attacks; executing backup strategy, ensuring scheduled / unscheduled backups.
Configures, installs, and maintains complex software systems, Operating Systems, Application Software, Anti-Viruses, Hardware and so on.
Performing the configuration and testing of any new hardware & software.
Provide peripheral devices like NVR’s, scanners, UPS, Printers, digital scale etc. if necessary.
Administering daily data backup and retrieval scheme and imparting training to the new employees.
Installing and operating Windows desktop and server operating systems
Assisting the network manager with support requests and performing TCP/IP networking and hardware maintenance & repair.
Ensuring computer hardware is safe & complies with health and safety legislation; applying patches in accordance with company procedures.
Play full and active role in running the CCTV system to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided.
Periodically visits to the branches to check the CCTV system and other security systems (Fire alarm system, fire extinguishers …etc.).
Staff ID & Access Cards design print & programming.

Provide Help Desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Help Desk.
Monitor Service Desk for Tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in-first-out based on priority.
Assist with on-boarding of new users.
Setup and test desktop computer and printers.
Install Operating System application software (Windows 7, 8, 10, Server 2012).
Exposure in Apple MAC / iPad hardware and software is an advantage.
Install and Test Application Software.
Networking concepts to ensure PC’s and printers are communicating on the LAN and to the Internet.
Run security scans regularly to ensure no security breaches on end user devices.
Maintain Projectors and interactive Whiteboards (SMARTBOARDS).
Maintain inventory of all class room technology items, printer toners and consumables.
