Audit all (PM, CM) maintenance operations for all Electro-Mechanical systems (HVAc, Firefighting, Generators, plumping, Pumps) all with electrical control panels and light current systems (b.m.s) to ensure it has been done in efficient economically manner

Electro -mechanical drawings (HVAC, wiring diagrams, Fire Fighting, Plumbing) review with refer to specified codes for approval

Responsible for all Electro-Mechanical maintenance operations for (HVAC equipment, generator sets, firefighting, domestic water pumps, water boilers, plumbing works) in Egypt US embassy facility (USAID). Achievements at project end:
Retro-commissioning for all HVAC equipment (Chillers, FCUs, AHUs, Return and Exhaust fans, Cooling towers, CCU, Cold stores, DX and split units, Cold stores) with deep maintenance process for all related electrical control panels maintained equipment required cooling performance and ventilation quality for all areas.
Finally: all maintenance operations reduced energy consumption about 1.7% per month.
Perform deep maintenance for generator sets reduced fuel consumption 3 gal/hr at full load running.
Check water boilers with all related auxiliaries and electrical control panel for retro-commissioning and continuous operation.
Fire fighting pumps, fire alarm systems and b.m.s phase design renovation project
submit Safety drilling simulation plan to Ensure the implementation of QHsE rules and regulations
Perform required repairs for building hydraulic system to ensure functionality (cylinders, valves, controllers, actuators, …)
Maintenance team:
Field maintenance and operating for domestic water pumps, electric motors and diesel engines - driven fire fighting pumps all within related Electrical Controllers, AC/DC motors starters, electric motors rewinding and engines overhauls according to NFPA codes for many local & Multi - national companies at EGYPT e.g. (Nestlé, Exxon Mobil, P&G, JUHAYNA foods, PAS, Nissan Motors, EGPC, Oriental Weavers, Miraco Carrier, Holiday Inn®)
Review (Pumps room, wiring diagrams, Plumbing) construction drawings with refer to specified codes for approval
Ensure pumps in service delivering required flow rate and pressure
Improve reliability performance of system and equipment, develop and implement Reliability Process to establish and maintain effective Reliability
Equipment and Pipe lines networks installations inspection with all fittings and electrical wiring in accordance with codes regulations
Handle all problems for Fire Alarm systems; Fire Fighting, Gas Suppression, Sprinkler, Foam, fM-200 system
Successful start-up and commissioning for new fire fighting pumps stations\[pumps, electric motors, diesel engines, electrical controllers\]
Submersible pumps installation and maintenance for industrial plumbing systems.
* all mechanical and electrical operations are done according to fire fighting code (NFPA 20, 25), with (UL, FM) listed equipment
Operating and maintenance for cold stores &HVAC system equipment (Chillers, A.H.Us, C.Fs, DX Units, Cold stores, A/C split and window units, Refrigerated trucks) all within related electrical control panels all within its related electrical control panels (MCC., LCP., ...), monitoring temperatures and relative humidity at production sections using (b.m.s), taking action to keep in designed acceptable tolerances.
