specifications before their official release. I empowered users by
assisting them in creating their own workflows using Power
Automate, enhancing their operational efficiency. As a responsible for
change management, I took the initiative to conduct training sessions
and wrote comprehensive user guides.

✓ I successfully orchestrated the technical migration of the HR access
management system, encompassing software upgrades and server
migration to enhance system security.

✓ I participate in the development of BI pipelines using Microsoft Business
Intelligence (MS BI) tools to deliver a new reporting system for an
insurance company. This initiative provided valuable insights and
enhanced data-driven decision-making capabilities.
✓ Additionally, I participate in the implementation of the new reporting
system for HERMES HR management, leveraging MS BI tools to streamline
HR operations and provide comprehensive analytics.

✓ After having gathered the needs of the different users of a high
performance computing platform, I proceeded to design the Business
Processes. Subsequently, I implemented them under Bonita BPM tool in
order to allow future users to understand the process and respect the
necessary prerequisites for any successful simulation.

✓ First step was meetings organisation with stakeholders, HR professionals,
and employees to identify and collect needs. After reading the regulations
and laws around career management in the public sector, with my partner,
we started to write functional specification to prepare conception and
implementation part.
✓ We develop an efficient tool, instead of several paper and Excel processes,
that helps HR team to track efficiently all ministery employees career. The
new tool saved 5 times effort and provided relevant reports.
