Prepare the BOQ, including preambles, general requirements, and tendersupported documents
Prepare estimates and cost plans for review with senior management.
Supported contract administration, tracking variations, and ensuring adherence

Verify and assess contractors’ payment applications, prepare payment
certificates, and maintain the payment register.
Review and assess the variations, claims, price escalations, and EOT in
accordance with the conditions of the contract.
