• Working with the conference production team to develop an understanding of the
event programme
• Research and develop a list of potential exhibitors when required
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and
exhibitors
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
• Assess markets as defined by clients, sectors, locations and services
• Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors;
