*Manage, train and coordinate the maintenance team to execute the maintenance work (Mechanical & Electrical works).
*Execute, technically support maintenance team to fix the unplanned machine breakdowns to return the machine back to production process in best case as soon as possible to increasing the machine’s availability and achieve the monthly production plan.
*Plans, prepares and supervise the execution of periodical preventative maintenance schedule and carries out duties mentioned therein in coordination with Operations team to maintain the machine life time and to ensure the reliability of all machines to finalize the production target at the correct time.
*Suggest, design and execute the modifications for the machines to solving major problem or to improving reliability and maintainability or to producing new product generation or to reducing maintenance costs and enhancing quality and safety.
*Record the break down hours for the equipment in SAP to get full history about machine and our working times, tracking / analysis the break downs and Prepare reports on major problems and failures, suggests suitable corrective actions to minimize or prevent recurrence of the problem.
*Request /Maintains stock of spare parts and the consumable materials, Work with vendors to source parts and to substitute OEM parts with more economical options, Keep record of all stock and supplies, Arrange quotations for the required materials, Review the current inventory level and point on obsolete stock and indicate slow moving and out of stock items to ensure the completion of maintenance takes in the shortest time with maintaining cost reduction objectives.
*Plan and execute of electrical installation work for new machines added to the factory at the correct time and follow up until finishing the commissioning.
*Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented.
