Manages project implementation and development from initiation to closure and will be accountable for project results
Works with the project sponsor and stakeholders to complete the project and the statement of work, outlining the scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing
Ensures that complete requirements have been gathered and documented
Completes the work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task
Provides a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed and by which team member
Provides appropriate communications to the project sponsor and stakeholders and manage clear expectations
Resolves issues and problems as they arise throughout the project’s life cycle
Identifies risks and risk mitigation plans
Manages project scope by ensuring that any changes to the scope are documented and approved by the project sponsor using project change request forms
Identifies and track project milestones, while providing status reports to the project sponsor .
Leads and motivates project team members on a proactive basis, and keeps projects on time and within budget
Determines how project success will be measured and conducts a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved
Ensures that all project documents have been safely stored and are accessible to the project team

Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders.
•Investigate production problem, analyze root causes and provide solutions.
•Analyze back, current and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations.
•Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.
•Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines.
•Update the BOM (Bill of Materials) system.
•Monitor, manage and review defined KPI at business review meetings.
•Undertake first line resolution of SAP issues and training as the departmental “Super user”.
•Assist Supply Chain Director with minimizing total supply chain cost, maximizing supply chain effectiveness including conforming to established quality standards, and establishes an inventory flow that is responsive to the needs of the business.
•Support and initiate Lean Practices in 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvements and visual controls.
•Continuously maintaining material master data (planning/delivery times, batch sizes, re-order levels,
safety stocks etc.).

Plans and prepares production schedule for products and draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecast or customer orders.
•Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data to perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, tools and human resource requirements.
•Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
